2 lb Pork tenderloin
12 oz root beer
1 cup Bar-b-que sauce (any variety)
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In slow cooker, whisk together the root beer, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper and then add pork tenderloins.
Cook on low for about 8 hours. Shred pork with two forks.
Pile on a bun and add a little extra BBQ sauce. (Or if you're boring like me, just eat as is!) lol This was so yummy!!
I make pulled pork every once in awhile. I will definitely be giving this a try...sounds good!
