Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap

This is a recipe that I just kind of threw together one night from things I already had, but it turned out so delicious.

1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (I used the store brand frozen kind)
1 soft flour tortilla
1 to 2 tablespoons of Ranch Dressing
1 piece of bacon, cooked (I used turkey bacon)
Cooked white rice
Shredded cheddar cheese

Bake chicken until done and cut or shred and set aside.
On a soft tortilla shell (I warmed it in the microwave for just a few seconds) spread on the ranch dressing and sprinkle with some shredded cheddar cheese and a few tablespoons of white rice.
Crumble cooked bacon into tortilla along with the shredded chicken.
Roll tortilla shell burrito style and enjoy.
This is such a filling recipe and it tastes amazing.
It takes a bit of prep work with the cooking of the chicken, bacon and rice but it is definitely worth the effort.

  1. This looks like another simple and tasty recipe. I will try this one next week as I am making baked chicken for dinner tonight...along with the rest of the beer bread!

  2. OMG! I made these for dinner tonight. Delicious! You wouldnt think that rice, mixed with bacon, cheese and ranch dressing would be that great...but it was! I even ate 2 of them! I would have to give this recipe a 5 star rating also...and it was so simple!
