One Pan Italian Chicken with Potatoes & Green Beans


I've seen this recipe floating around Facebook for a while and decided to give it a shot. The original recipe calls for 1/2 stick of butter, but since I'm a calorie counter, I replaced the butter with Olive Oil.

Fresh green beans
Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into smaller pieces
Red potatoes, cut into pieces
Italian seasoning packet
3 Tbsp Olive Oil

In a greased 9x13 pan, place the chicken in the center and the green beans on one side and potatoes on the other side.  Sprinkle with half a packet of italian seasoning mix and drizzle with olive oil.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350' for about an hour.


This recipe was so good. I will most definitely be making it again...and again. ;)

  1. Yay! I'm so glad you are back. I am going to make this real soon. This is kinda like getting a casserole recipe...put it all together, cook in the same pan and all done at the same time! MY kind of recipe!
