3/4 cup strawberries, finely diced
3/4 cup mango, finely diced
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 teaspoons of honey, or more to taste
Juice of 1 lime
In large bowl, combine all ingredients and serve.
I ate my salsa with some delicious pita chips. This recipe is so yummy and so refreshing.
